TERMS OF SERVICE FOR BOTTEGA LOUIE MOBILE APP

Thank you for using the Bottega Louie mobile application for ordering ahead. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Description of Service

The Bottega Louie mobile application allows you to place an order for pickup at the restaurant. By using the application, you acknowledge that the restaurant is solely responsible for the food and beverage items prepared and sold to you.

User Conduct

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Bottega Louie server or network.

Account Information

In order to use the application, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and payment information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Payment

You will be required to pay for your order through the application using a valid payment method. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the application, including any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Refunds processed for eligible purchases will be issued in the form of Bottega Louie App credits, which can be used for future purchases within the Bottega Louie App platform. These credits will be applied to your account and credits have no expiration date.

Please note that refunds will not be credited back to the original payment method.

Exceptions to this policy may apply in certain circumstances. Bottega Louie reserves the right to refuse refunds at its discretion. Refunds to the original payment method may be available depending on the circumstances of the order or cancellation.
